SALICE Compact Hinge (Specs)

The Salice Compact Hinge is a “one-piece” hinge made for ¾” face frame cabinets but, due to its design, it can be used for thicker frames, if needed, as well as used in certain frameless applications if need be. The hinge is intended for use with 3mm hinge boring. However, the manufacturer does mention that other hinge boring options (up to 6mm) can be used as well. If any other boring options are used other than 3mm, note that the overlay of the hinge will not equal what the hinge overlay is noted to be on the label.

The Salice Hinge comes in a variety of overlay option listed below:

Partial Overlay:

1/2", 9/16", 5/8", and 3/4"

Full Overlay:

1", 1-1/4", 1-5/16", 1-3/8"

The Salice Partial Overlay Hinges have a maximum overlay of 3/4".

The Salice Full Overlay Hinges have a maximum overlay of 1-3/8".
