How to Fill Out the Order Form
In order to add an item to your cart, all these fields will need to be addressed:
DOORS AND DRAWER FRONTS
1. Dimensions
The first thing to do when wanting to place an order is get accurate measurements. If you are looking for information on how to measure, please check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBUcDe3giE5YQ-nDfYqhGGjP3Gr9Q8mIe. You may enter your measurements of any size door up to 24 inches wide by 60 inches tall into the order form on the website. Anything bigger than that will have to be custom quoted by a representative with added shipping cost.
Enter the exact dimensions (in decimal form) into the dimension boxes on the website
2. Wood Species
Select your wood species based on the the finish you would like. IF you are going to paint your door you MUST use "Paint-Grade Maple w/HDF Panel". Any other species will not be warrantied for paint. If you would like stained doors, DO NOT select paint-grade maple w/HDF panel. For pictures of the wood species offered, please click here: https://cabinetdoor.store/cabinet-door-wood-species/
3. Frame Width
The frame width is the width of the raised part around the outside of the door (basically the pieces that are not part of the middle panel). The standard frame width is 2 ¼ inches. If you select a larger frame width, you must ensure that it will work with you door size. For example, if you select a 3” frame width for a 6 inch door, there would be no panel in between. This door could not be made.
4. Finish
If you selected "Paint-Grade Maple w/HDF Panel", you may select any of the paint colors or primer that we offer. If you would like to see out paint colors, click here: https://cabinetdoor.store/painted-cabinet-door-colors/. For custom colors, there is a $500 custom color match fee that must be added to your order. Click here to add that to your cart and learn how to get us the sample: https://cabinetdoor.store/product/custom-finish-match-fee/.
If you selected a different species, you may select clear satin top coat or stain with satin top coat. Once you select that, put the stain you would like in the custom notes. For the stain colors, please click here: https://cabinetdoor.store/cabinet-door-wood-stain-colors/.
For any of the wood species, you may select "Unfinished, Sanded to 180 grit" if you would like to finish the door yourself.
5. Hinge Boring
Hinge boring is the holes for your concealed hinges. For more info, watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9hrwhvO04I. If you have a lazy susan, watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXta_FB53EU.
6. Prep for glass
To get your doors prepped for glass, you can order them as an open frame (no center panel/no grids) or with mullion bars (grids).
Depending on the Stile and Rail profile these frames may come with a clear retainer strip to hold the glass in place. Doors that ship without the retainer strip will need to be held in place in a traditional manner.
DRAWER BOXES

3. Assembly and Finish
For the assembly and finish, you may select "Unassembled/Unfinished" which will require assembly and finishing when it arrives. This option will allow you to install your drawer immediately upon receiving them.
4. Rear Notching
Rear notching is a notch in the back of the drawer box specially designed for undermount slides. Please note that if you intend to use undermount slides, the depth of the drawer box needs to be the exact size of the slides. For example, if you would like to order 21” slides, your deep MUST be 21”.
