Custom Wood Products

Our custom wood products are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations! If we mess up, we take full responsibility. However, products custom made correctly to your specific needs are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double check your order for correct measurements, quantities, and product matches, prior to placing the order and making payment.

If The Cabinet Door Store deems a product has been incorrectly manufactured, has workmanship issues, or, has been damaged in delivery, it will offer a replacement of the exact product ordered to the original purchaser. No changes to the original order or upgrades shall be accepted.

The Cabinet Door Store may, at its discretion, offer partial refunds in situations where items can be utilized by the customer. Fees accessed by the credit card processor are not returned. 

Cancellation and Changes

Custom wood products go into production immediately after the order is placed and can not be canceled or changed. In the event we are able to stop the order before it goes into production, we will provide a refund minus credit card fees accessed by the processor. In certain situations, we are able to make changes to the order after it has gone into production in which case there will be a $250 change/cancellation fee assessed. 

Hardware Returns

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any hardware products in new, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition for a refund (shipping, restocking fee, and credit card fees not included). Refunds are given in the same manner that was used to purchase once we receive them back. Items that were custom made or cut to your specifications, special order items, and Amerock Designer Import Hardware Knobs and Pulls may not be returned. All hardware returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you in settling your claim with the carrier.

  • The Cabinet Door Store is not responsible for the return shipping charges unless we shipped the product in error.

To return a product, call or email for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA) number, then either mail or ship the product to the address below. Insurance on your return is highly recommended. The Cabinet Door Store is not responsible for returns that are lost while in transit to our company.
